1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Creación Dulce website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms stated here, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Creación Dulce is an artisanal bakery and pastry shop offering 100% handcrafted and personalized baked goods. Each recipe is baked by hand using premium ingredients. All orders and quotes are managed directly through our official WhatsApp channel.
3. Orders, Advance Notice, and Payments
All orders must be placed with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 1 week in advance to ensure availability in our schedule. To reserve and confirm your date, a 50% advance deposit is required via SINPE Móvil. The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery or at the time of personal pickup. Delivery or pickup times are exact to ensure maximum freshness and presentation.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (48 Hours)
Any cancellation or modification must be requested with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled date and time. As perishable, custom handcrafted baked goods with ingredients purchased and prepped in advance, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the 50% deposit to cover ingredient costs and workshop reservation.
5. Delivery Address and Exact Delivery Time
We offer home delivery service across Golfito, Río Claro, Ciudad Neily, and nearby areas, as well as personal pickup directly at our bakery kitchen. Exact delivery address and agreed time must be clearly confirmed via WhatsApp when reserving the order. Delivery or pickup time is exact; we appreciate punctuality to maintain the quality and structure of cakes and desserts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Creación Dulce and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Modifications to Terms
Creación Dulce reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
